Zevyon Contractor Terms & Conditions

These Contractor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Zevyon and contractors, service providers, tradespeople, businesses, and professionals who register on the Zevyon platform.

By clicking “I Agree & Continue”, registering your business, submitting quotes, receiving customer leads, or performing work obtained through Zevyon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. About Zevyon

Zevyon is a platform that connects customers with independent contractors and service professionals for home, property, renovation, repair, maintenance, and improvement services.

Zevyon may help customers receive quotes from selected contractors. Zevyon does not directly perform contractor services and is not responsible for actual workmanship, project execution, permits, warranties, or completion of contractor work.

2. Contractor Eligibility

• You are legally allowed to operate your business.
• You have authority to act on behalf of the business.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You have required licenses, permits, and insurance where applicable.
• You comply with all applicable laws.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

• Providing accurate quotes.
• Completing work professionally.
• Maintaining workmanship quality.
• Following timelines and project commitments.
• Maintaining insurance and permits.
• Customer communication and professionalism.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Contractors agree that all quotes submitted through Zevyon must be honest, clear, and accurate.

5. Anti-Bypass Policy

Contractors agree not to bypass Zevyon after receiving a customer lead or opportunity through the platform.

• No direct off-platform deals to avoid commission.
• No misleading customers about Zevyon pricing.
• No using Zevyon customer information for unrelated marketing.

6. Customer Communication

• Communicate professionally and respectfully.
• No harassment or abusive language.
• No misleading pricing or qualifications.

7. Reviews and Ratings

• No fake reviews.
• No incentivized dishonest reviews.
• No pressure on customers to change honest reviews.

8. Contractor Independence

Contractors using Zevyon are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of Zevyon.

9. Suspension or Termination

Zevyon may suspend or remove contractors for policy violations, customer complaints, fraud, or bypassing the platform.

10. Acceptance
